Q: So what’s included in a Signature Seafood Boil?
A: All of our boils, both takeout and catering, start with jumbo shrimp, authentic andouille sausage, red bliss potatoes, corn on the cob and sweet vidalia onions. Want to take it up a notch? You can add snow crab legs, clams, mussels, scallops, and lobster tails right in your pot! Regardless of the boil you choose, our secret seasoning blend, homemade cocktail sauce, and fresh lemon is always included (and of course melted butter for crab legs and lobster tails). And don’t forget our NC pork BBQ, coleslaw, cornbread muffins, and key lime pie to round out your meal.

We use a little bit of boiling for the fresh produce at the bottom of the pot, and a lot of steam for everything else above. This method makes all the difference, keeping the flavors of each item true to form. And with our catering, we layer and season–with our special seasoning blend–each item as we go, ensuring that every bite is perfectly cooked and packs a full punch of flavor.
Q: How does takeout work?
A: With our “you steam” takeout, aka our Best Pot To-Go, we give you everything you need for the easiest and tastiest seafood boil on your own. We pack your pot (which you keep) with produce and seafood, just as you like it. We even send you home with our special seasoning blend, homemade cocktail sauce, and fresh lemon wedges, giving you everything you need to complete a seafood boil in as little as 30-45 minutes, right on your stovetop.
Q: Why do I have to steam my takeout order on my own?
A: Simply put, we don't believe takeout seafood is a good thing; it just doesn’t travel well! So instead we give you the opportunity to get a fresh, restaurant quality seafood feast, right on YOUR dinner table. And what’s more, you get to be the boil master! We don’t cook in our shop and this isn’t about simplifying our business model, but rather it’s about preserving the quality of our finished product.
